PERSONAL USE COMMISSIONS

(1) COPYRIGHT
• I, the designer, am the only and sole owner of the original work. The client is only permitted to use it for personal use and may not claim ownership of it.
• It is forbidden to distribute my artwork to use in printed materials or to advertise products, or services. Before commissioning me, if you have any concerns about this, please ask me.(2) REPOSTING
• As long as proper credit is given and my watermark is left intact and unaltered, the customer is free to repost the artwork wherever they like.(3) PROHIBITED ACTIONS
• Altering my work in any manner without asking my permission before hand.
• Using my work as a reference for your own personal gain, whether by tracing it or by changing some of the details.
• claiming ownership of the artwork.(4) PAYMENT METHOD
• I only accept PAYPAL, GCASH & NITRO as a mode of payment.
• Don't send me a payment in advance without informing me first! If you paid me more than you should I can't do a refund and I'm not at fault.
• Please pay the exact price when I told you so, tips are very much appreciated!(5) REFUND & CANCELLATIONS
• If the client wants to cancel the commission before I could even start, he/she is free to do so.
• No refunds will be given for every works I already started with the reason of unsatisfaction. It is your responsibility from the very start of the transaction to explain every detail as clear and accurate as possible. I always make sure to inform my clients every stage of the process before I proceed to make sure they are satisfied. I give my best, time and effort to every commission and I'm not at fault. No exceptions will be made.
• I have every right to refuse and cancel commissions if it's not within my ability.(6) COMMUNICATION
• Clients can contact me through discord (Seon.ty#7690), twt (@OhSuntea) or messenger (Seon El).
• Prepare every details and complete the forms I will provide.
• If you have more references to show arrange them properly with the forms. Any references that might help are very much appreciated!(7) DEADLINES/DUE DATES
• There will be no deadlines.
• Commissions usually take 1-3 days up to a month depending on many factors such as the complexity, amount of orders, school, health & family problems.
• If there is an emergency, I will make sure to let you know.(8) CHANGES/REMAKES/REDOS
• Changes can only be made if it's still in progress. After a commission is finished only small changes are allowed. Any great chages will cost additional fees.
• I will not remake the whole thing again. You'll need to pay half the original price to do so. Higher if the layers are already merged and the theme is very complex.(9) RUSH ORDERS
• You'll need to pay for rush orders.
